Who we are Uganda Children Burden Centre is a Non profit charity organisation's full registered under the Non Governmental Organisation statute of 1989 with athe mandate to carry out programs fo supporting and improving the quality of life of vulnerable children in the Republic of Uganda The organistaion creates a society where all vulnerable children live to their full potential, their rights and aspirations are fulfilled. The organisations major work involves supporting abandoned ,street children, children with speaking and hearing impairements, and HIV/AIDS children and youth to access basic education, vocational skills to be able to be supportive to their welfare and health services Our Vision To afford children and young adults the oppportunity to a make a difference in their lives and the lives of others. To optimize their full potential by overcoming obstacles of abuse, disease, poverty and education, physical and mental illnesses Our Mission To promote the wellbeing of children through a broad array of direct social services and volunteer programs oriented to indiviual, family and community needs

Get involved Our fundraising drive for the establishment of the Indigent Children's Home and Children's Pantry was a success. We raised funds for the home and fed and showed love to the children. Honourable Nabilah Ssempala Nagayi woman Member of Parliament Kampala and Honourable James Kubekteria Chair Person Social Service comittee parliament graced the function |
