Proposed key interventions The organisation is seeking for partnership of affiliation with any individual, groups, and international organisations to successfully undertake the following activities or programs for the benefit of indigent children in Uganda in the future. 1. Construction of modern school structures for our children's better learning enviroment and welfare 2. Establishment of the indigent children's home (orphanage). Specifically the main need here is land and construction. The only one of the kind to help orphans and other vulnerable and incorporate them into various activities of formal education and informal education 3. Acquiring and equipping the primary school with furniture, instructional materials or special learning aids, water tanks etc for the children'sw better learning and improved welfare while at school. 4. Initiating a vocational trainging program for our children to train in the field of computer, tailoring, baking, welding, carpentry, woodwork and mordern agriculture, after completing their primary level of education, school drop outs by funding our projects 5. Acquiring and providing them with start up tool kits to help them start their own employment and become self reliant 6. Celebration called children's pantry every end of year upon which children can come and find food , love, care and to be equipped and empowered. 7. Creating a available market places outside Uganda where we can sell out crafts. 8. Opening up of a community health center (children's clinic) to cater for the children and the community. Key Actions
10. Improvement of the existing community bakery with mordern machinery and infrastructure 11. Transport to cater for the outreach sensitisation and adherence program on HIV/AIDS programs in different communities to enable universal access of drugs as per millenium development goals 12. Walk in poultry. This involves rearing chicken and an incubator for breeding worth 70,000 eggs for sustainabiliy with the organisation projects and families of the caretakers of the children and land for farming to improve the nutrition of the children. 13. Children with special needs/disability. Alot of assessment has been done during our mobilsation and sensitization campaigns that many children with special needs have been neglected, though they are also infected with HIV/AIDS, are orphans and vulnerable. Others have been disabled to attrocities in northern Uganda and have moved to the streets to beg for survival, they therefore need specail care like basic needs, special learning aids and prothetics to enable them perform better in their daily activities. 14. Revision and motivation centre, where children in slums can have their revision during holiday or preparation times during school time because most of them have no room where to read from because of the congestion, noise and the behavoir in the community. They find themselves reading from public places like hospitals which makes them loose concentration. Key Actions
